  I can't say enough about the friendly service, the great rates and the quality of the car. In an emergency I had to quickly book, and fly to Adelaide, and rent a car which I have never done before. The ease of it was amazing and while my mind was on the health of a loved one, I was very well taken care of by this company. I have already recommended to people and will continue to do so. Thank you all so much!

  Access Rent a Car has a seemless, efficient rental system at competitive prices. I book by phone and a car is left for me at a pre-determined spot at Adelaide Airport for pick up. When i leave Adelaide, I park the car, hide the key and advise Access of the spot. All payments by credit card. Cars are low mileage and clean. On one occasion, my car was delivered to a motel by a senior executive. That is the only time I have dealt face to face, but staff are friendly and helpful. They remain my FIRST choice for car rental.

  My daughter and I recently attended the PSG in Adelaide, and car rental was hard to book, due to increased demand. However, our dealings with 'Access Rent A Car' were very professional and made the whole experience enjoyable. From the personal attention of a smiling face at arrivals to clear instructions for a hassle free drop off within the airport car-park . I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend to others. :)

  Fantastic customer service - I was met at the info desk with a smile and was then helped collecting my luggage and getting the car loaded. I also hired an infant seat which was clean and installed ready to go. This service was priceless especially since I was travelling solo with a four month old. I will definitely be using Access Rent A Car again!
